ALPACAS
I fell in love with alpacas at the exotic animals expo a few years ago and put off getting some until we had fenced and secured the area. Now that is done and the alpacas are here.

OUR HIGH MOUNTAIN MEADOW
You can see the dog yard and some chicken pens and runs in the backround; also our greenhouse and garden.. We are in a high hollow with a natural meadow, ponds and pasture. Just enough tree line fenced to give them shade and let them live as they were first found. I don't know why Mickey said no more fencing or pens! The berners sleep in the truck camper, it works out great for them.

Miniature alpacas
we will be concentrating on producing miniature alpacas in the future, alpacas that are smaller and easier to handle than the larger alpacas. Keep watching for my new 26" alpaca herdshire.
