Welcome To The Country. Come on in and look around, just be careful where you step! My husband and I have a very isolated hollow and he claims I am trying to fill it with animals....take a look, you decide.
When we found our new home, it was a wild over grown bramble full of copperheads and yellowjacks and spirits of the Cherokee who once hunted this area. We managed to move the copperheads and yellowjacks and have learned to live with the spirits and they with us. |

Live with Nature
Trying to work our lives around the nature in the mountains is tough, but we're trying. We live the wildlife and welcome them. Coyotes would be a problem but our Doyote manages to chase them off without blood shed on either side. |
This is part of the rat patrol.
That's Rosie, the papillon and Daisy the rat terrier. Rosie actually caught and killed this rat, but Daisy has to inspect all kills |
Positive energy
Much is written about using natures energy; we have enveloped ourselves with it. And my animals share their energies with me to form a formidible force. We are simpactico with the universe.

Rosie and Daisy, hard at work again.
These are some of the livestock I've managed to drag home right past my husbands watchful eye. Ducks, geese, turkeys....Oh, MY.
